Refund and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.kgcreationsco.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Return Window

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. The window extends over weekends and public holidays.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it directly through your account at https://account.kgcreationsco.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid. You will be notified when your refund has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee. KG Creations Co. will cover remaining balance.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including but not limited to: perishable goods, sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, digital content that has been accessed, and custom or personalized items.
